摘要
目的分析和总结老年胃癌的临床特点。方法回顾性分析2010年1月-2011年11月收治的老年胃癌患者70例的临床资料．年龄≥60岁。结果老年胃癌症状无特异性；男性患者多见；肿瘤多发生于胃窦；患者常有一种或是多种并存病；结论老年胃癌患者不易被发现：常有多种合并症；胃镜检查是确诊胃癌的重要手段，有助于早期诊断及治疗，以提高患者的生存率。
Objective To analyze and summarize the clinical characteristics of elderly cancer. Methods A retrospective analysis in January 2010 - April 2011 gastric cancer in elderly patients admitted to the clinical data of 70 patients, aged ≥ 60 years of age. Results Elderly patients with gastric symptoms are nonspecific; more common in male patients; tumors occur in the gastric antrum; patients often have coexisting diseases to one or more; Conclusion The elderly patients with gastric cancer is difficult to detect; often many complications; endoscopy Examination is an important means of diagnosis of gastric cancer, early diagnosis and treatment to improve the survival rate.
