介绍电子病历结构化的目的和用途,包括医疗质量控制、科研随访等,阐述基于病种的结构化电子病历的实现途径并分析其优缺点,为临床应用提供结构化存储的数据。
The paper introduces the target and function of structured electronic medical records（EMR）,including medical quality control,research follow - up and so on,elaborates the realization approaches of structured electronic medical records based on diseases and analyzes its advantages and disadvantages,so as to provide structured data for clinical application.
