摘要
重度根分叉病变是口腔科医生临床上经常遇到的重症牙病,其治疗难度大且效果不好,一直以来被认为是拔牙的适应证,特别是伴有残冠者。近年,我们用分根术结合烤瓷联冠修复治疗有重度根分叉病变的下颌磨牙残冠,取得了良好效果。达到了保存患牙,提高咀嚼效率,维持牙列稳定,提高患者生活质量的目的。
Severe furcation involvement is frequently encountered in the dentist clinically dental problems. Its treatment is difficult and ineffective, and has been considered as indication of the extraction especially accompanied by residual crown. We use the separating roots technique combined with ceramic joint crown restorative as the treatment for severe furcation involvement of mandibular molars crown. The treatment has achieved satisfying result regards saving teeth and increasing chewing function, maintaining the stability of the dentition, and improving patients＂ quality of life.
