摘要 介绍了一种电动汽车锂离子电池组均衡管理系统及控制方法。均衡拓扑为双向DC/DC集中式有源无损均衡,利用超级电容器组构成外部能量过渡装置,通过控制双向DC/DC对电池组中的单体电池进行低充高放的均衡。系统以电压、电量均衡为目标,利用电池的充、放电曲线估算使不均衡单体回到组内平均水平所需的时间,通过逐次逼近的方法进行均衡。实验结果说明了系统的有效性和可靠性。该均衡管理系统的均衡效果良好,有利于延长电池组的使用寿命。 An equalization management system(EMS) and its control methods is presented for lithium-ion batteries in electric cars. Topology of EMS is centralized active lossless equalization structure based on bi-directional DC/DC converters. With ultra-capacitors as external energy storage device, batteries can be charged at low voltage and discharged at high-voltage to the average level of the battery pack. At the same time, the main controller can calculate the equalization time to back the balanced status according to charge and discharge curves. With equalization voltage and charge as the main goal, using a successive approximation equalization method, EMS can gradually balance the battery pack. Experimental results are presented to show validity and reliability of the proposed scheme. The system is used to extend life of the battery pack.
