摘要
目的探讨教育处方在糖尿病患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法选择糖尿病患者102例,根据入院先后次序分为观察组52例和对照组50例,对照组采用传统健康教育方法,观察组在此基础上采用健康教育处方进行健康教育。健康教育后,比较两组患者疾病知识和技能掌握情况及不良行为、低血糖发生的差异。结果观察组患者疾病知识、饮食控制、运动疗法、胰岛素正确注射的掌握程度均优于对照组,不良行为和低血糖发生率低于对照组,两组比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论采用健康教育处方进行健康教育不仅提高患者疾病知识和技能水平,而且改善了患者不良的行为,减少了并发症的发生,进而提高疾病治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of health education prescription on health education to diabetic patients. Methods 102 diabetic patients hospitalized from September 2010 to June 2011 were divided into observation group (n = 52) and the control group (n = 50). The routine health education was conducted in the control group and the health education prescription was used in the experimental group beside routine health education. The two groups were compared in respect of mastery of disease-related knowledge and nursing skills. Results The mastery of disease-related knowledge, diet control, exercise therapy and mastery of insulin injection in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (all P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Health education prescription can enhance the disease-related knowledge and nursing skills, improve the defective behaviors, reduce the complication rate and improve the curative effect.
