摘要
目的了解兰州地区蝇类带菌状况,为科学防治蝇类提供依据。方法采用微生物培养分离法检测。结果蝇类带菌率平均为90.63%。检测出大肠埃希氏菌28株,沙门氏菌2株,志贺氏菌1株。结论蝇类是肠道传染病的重要传播媒介,应加强蝇类和蝇媒病防治。
Objective To understand flies carrying the pathogen status in Lanzhou city,and provide scientific ba- sis for controlling flies. Methods Using microorganism training separation detection. Results The average flies pathogen carrier rates was 90.63 %. And 28 strains of Escherichia coli, 2 strains of Salmonella, 1 strains of Shigella were detected. Conclusion Flies is the important vector for intestinal infection. It is necessary to strengthen pre- venting and controlling flies and flies media disease.
