摘要
高等教育规模发展是一个历史性的动态演变过程。改革开放以来,与经济社会发展相匹配的高等教育体系建构日趋成熟。作为我国当代社会发展轴心的高等教育,正处于规模发展与质量提升的矛盾交叉选择期,规模发展策略的合理选择是高等教育可持续发展的基础。未来我国高等教育规模发展应重视规模质量的提升,创新多元化联合办学、提升质量化校内整合、实现规模自我优化以及推进高等教育的区域化发展。
The development of higher education scale is a dynamic process of evolution. Since the reform and opening up, the structure of higher education system which matches to the economy and society is being mature. As the axe of modem social development, the present development of China＇s higher education is facing a dilemma between dimension and quality. A reasonable choice of development strategy is the foundation of sustainable development for higher education. Only with the innovation of joint schools, integration of schools, optimization the size and regionalization of higher education, can higher education run along with a steady, rapid and harmonious development.
