常规站智能化改造中的母线保护方案研究 被引量:5

摘要 随着智能电网建设的推进,常规站的智能化改造工程越来越多。变电站智能化改造工作中,运行设备只能按间隔逐一停运并改造,改造期间母线保护不宜长期退出运行,所以必须解决母线保护同时接入常规设备和数字化设备的问题,文中提出了几种解决方案并进行了分析和对比。方案1通过子站完成常规接口的转换以实现母线保护同时具备数字及常规接口,方案2针对互感器不改造的工程在改造全程保留常规母线保护,方案3在改造过程中同时投入常规母线保护及数字接口母线保护。因为方案3投资及改造工作量小,可以适应常规互感器和电子式互感器共存,推荐优先采用。 With the construction of smart grid, there are more and more projects of smart reconstruction of general station. In the smart reconstruction of substation, operating equipments can be shut down and reconstructed one by one only at intervals.During the reconstruction, busbar protection should not be out of operation for a long time, so it is necessary to solve the problem of conventional equipment and digital devices access at the same time of busbar protection. Several solutions are analyzed and compared in this paper. In case 1, the conversion of conventional interfaces is completed by sub-station in inorder to achieve the busbar protection with digital and conventional interface. In case 2, conventional busbar protection is retained wholly with the reconstruction of the project of transformer non- reconstruction. In case 3, the conventional busbarprotection and digital interface bus protection are put in in the reconstruction process. Case 3 is recommended to use priority as it's workload of investment and reconstruction is small and it can be adapted to the coexistence of conventional transformers and electronic transformers
