摘要
目的:探讨肾康注射液治疗慢性肾脏病4期(CKD4)的临床效果。方法:分析我院收治的慢性肾脏病4期患者临床资料,依据治疗方式不同分为观察组(肾康注射液治疗组)60例和对照组(常规治疗组)30例。结果:观察组Scr、BUN、RBC、Hb、GFR均优于对照组,同时通过临床疗效评价,观察组临床治疗总有效率明显优于对照组,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论:肾康注射液治疗慢性肾脏病4期临床症状改善明显,效果显著,值得临床借鉴应用。
Objective：To approach clinical result of curing chronic kidney disease four periodicals by shenkang injection.Methods：To analyze clinical data of curing chronic kidney disease four periodicals,which was to be divided into detection group（shenkang injection curing group）60 cases and control group（conventional treatment group）30 cases.Results：The Scr、BUN、RBC、Hb、GFR of detection group were better than control group,then the clinical curative effect evaluation,clinical treatment of total efficiency of detection group was better than control group,P〈0.05,the difference were statistical significance.Conclusion：The clinical symptoms improved significantly of curing chronic kidney disease four periodicals by shenkang injection,the result was obviously,which was to be used.
