摘要
应用流式细胞免疫学方法对 62例长期单纯使用地塞米松 ( DXS)和复方氨基比林 ( AMC)退热儿童进行 T淋巴细胞亚群、B淋巴细胞及活化 B淋巴细胞检测。结果表明 :此类儿童的 T细胞总数明显降低 ( P<0 .0 5) ,尤以 CD4 下降明显 ( P<0 .0 1) ,CD8细胞数轻度下降 ( P>0 .0 5) ,B淋巴细胞及活化 B淋巴细胞数明显下降 ( P<0 .0 5)。本文提示 ,长期单纯使用 DXS及 AMC退热可致儿童免疫功能明显下降 ,且与使用次数及时间呈正相关。
Sixty two child patients suffered from fever treated simplely with dexamethasone(DXS)and amidopyrini composita(AMC) for long term were studied their lymphocytic subsets CD 3 ,CD 4 ,CD 8 ,CD 19 and CD 23 by flow cytometry The results were that the tatal CD 3 cells were statistically decreased(P<0 05),especially CD 4 cells(P<0 01),while the CD 8 cells were slightly decreased(P>0 05),The CD 19 and CD 23 cells were also statistically decreased at the same time(P<0 05) This article suggests the immunity of the child patients suffered from fever treated simplely with DXS and AMC has been severely damaged [WT5HZ]Key words [WT5BZ]Immunity Dexamethasone Amidopyrini composit T and B lymphocytepressure pain were comparied with the 42 cases treated with antibiotic.Result:In Hirudoid group,inflammation disappeared more quickly,and the period of treatment was shortened.The progonosis was perfect.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Using topically,the author can get good effect and no irritation .
