摘要
物流实验室是高职物流管理专业搭建理论与实践的桥梁,为学生提供实训平台,深化学生对物流管理理论的理解,促进学生学习物流各岗位技能、提高学生岗位操作技能,以满足企业对物流技能人才的需要。文中以物流实验室为例设计一套符合自身发展的实验室绩效考核体系和方法,为更好地建设和完善实验室做出贡献。并以广东省20所高职院校为例研究发现,高职院校物流管理实验室的总体效率较低,技术效应小于规模效应,物流管理实验室仍处于规模投资阶段等问题,并提出相关建议。
Logistics laboratory builds a bridge between theory and practice in the logistics management specialty in Higher Vocational Education. It provides practical training platform for students. It is beneficial to deepen students' understanding on the theory of logistics management, promotes the student to study the logistics of the post skill,improving students' operating skills, to meet the needs of enterprise logistics talents in need. the paper takes the logistics laboratory as an example to design a set of development laboratory performance evaluation system and method, in order to construct and perfect the laboratory. We analyze various kinds of data In Guangdong Province 20 vocational colleges. We found that logistics laboratory overall efficiency is low, technical effect is smaller than the scale effect;Logistics Lab is still in the scale of investment stage. At last, we put forward the related proposal.
