摘要
针对物流人才培养所存在的问题,从物流实验教学入手,提出其改革的思路和目标,并从实验教学资源等4个方面提出实施方案,并提出实施物流实验实践教学改革的注意点,以培养符合社会需求,具有综合创新能力的人才。
In view of the problem existing in logistics personnel training,this article puts forward its reform ideas and goals from the Logistics experimental teaching. The implement measures are provided in the basis of four aspects as experimental teaching resources. Moreover, the article illustrates some points that should be paid attention to when carrying out logistics experimental teaching reform. In such a way,we can cultivate qualified and comprehensive talents with innovation ability.
