摘要
随机选择先天性心脏病患者 50例 ,于手术前后不同时间采血测定其肌酸激酶 ( CK)、肌酸激酶同功酶 ( CK- MB)、乳酸脱氢酶 ( L DH)、肌钙蛋白 T( c Tn T) ,探讨先天性心脏病心内直视手术中有关因素对心肌细胞损害程度。结果显示 :1严重创伤组与普通创伤组比较 ,CK、CK- MB、LDH( P<0 .0 1)、c Tn T( P<0 .0 0 1)均有显著性差异。 2主动脉阻断时间 >60分钟与 <30分钟组比较 ,停机时 CK、CK-MB、LDH及 c Tn T均有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 1)。 3心脏停跳液用量 <10 ml/ kg组与 >15ml/ kg组比较 ,停机时 CK、CK- MB及 c Tn T均有显著性差异 ( P均 <0 .0 1)。 4术中代谢性酸中毒组与无代谢性酸中毒组比较 ,停机时 CK、CK- MB、L DH( P<0 .0 5)、c Tn T( P<0 .0 1)
The serum cTroponin T and creatine kinase(CK),CKMB、and iactale dehydroyenase(LDH) were measured before and after heart open operation respectively in total 50 patients with congenital heart diseases.The results showed that the CK,CKMB,LDH and cTroponin T increased significantly at the time of cardiopulmonary ypass(CPB)stopping in the group of serious surgery trauma than that of common group(P<001)The CKMB,LDH and cTroponin Twere higher in group of aorta clamping>60 minutes than that that of<30minutes group(P<001),there was significant difference for CK,CKMB,LDH and cTroponin Tbetween using cardioplega solution<10mmol/L and>15ml/kg(P<001)The CK,CKMB,LDH and cTroponin T were higher in the group of metabolic acid toxicity than that of normal acid basic group(P<005)
