摘要
探讨缺铁性贫血对机体脂质过氧化产生的影响。方法 :观察缺铁性贫血大鼠体内超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH- PX)活性和脂质过氧化物含量及血清 Fe、 Cu、 Zn、 Mn、 Se 5种微量元素变化。结果 :缺铁性贫血大鼠血清及肝、肾匀浆中丙二醛 (MDA)含量明显增高 (P <0 .0 1) ;红细胞 SOD活性及全血 GSH- PX活性呈升高趋势(P <0 .0 1) ;血清 Fe、 Cu、 Mn含量低于对照组 ,而 Zn、 Se含量与对照组相比无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :缺铁性贫血可引起机体脂质过氧化增强。
Objective:To explore the effects of lipid peroxidation by iron deficiency anemia in rats Methods:The effects of iron deficiency anemia in rats on the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD)and glututhione peroxidase (GSH PX) in the whole blood,and contents of maglonydiadehyde (MDA) and Fe(iron),Cu(copper),Mn(manganese),Zn(zinc),Se(selenium) five kind trace element in the serum were observed Results:The result showed the contents of MDA in the serum and liver homogenate and kidney homogenate of rats and the activities of SOD and GSH PX were significantly increased The contents of Fe(iron),Cu(copper),Mn(manganese) were significantly lower than that in the control group,but no apparent changes in contents of Zn(zinc) and Se(selenium) (P>0 05) was observed Conclusion:These conclusion suggested lipid peroxidation may be induced by iron deficiency anemia
