摘要
通过试验确定了扩链剂法PVC-SG3树脂的生产配方和工艺条件。该工艺比低温法聚合时间缩短近1h,10万t/a PVC装置可增加产能11 465t/a。
The production formula and process conditions of producting PVC- SG3 resins by chain extender process were confirmed through experiments. Compared with low temperature process, this process could save nearly one hour in polymerization time, and the capacity of PVC resins could be increased by 11 165 tons per year for 100 000 t/a PVC production plant.
