摘要 胃癌是消化道常见的肿瘤,好发于中老年男性,传统的检查方法如胃镜及X线钡餐双对比对胃癌的观察有一定的优势,但对病灶的定位、浸润程度及管腔外情况的了解受到限制。随着多排极速CT(MSCT)广泛应用,大范围容积扫描及多种模式的图像后处理技术为临床诊断及治疗提供了更丰富的信息。
