摘要
目的 :观察心血通胶囊对实验性犬心脏血流动力学以及心肌耗氧量的影响。 方法 :心血通经腹腔注射后 ,采用电磁流量计分别测量冠脉血流量 ,以血氧计测定血氧含量 ,计算心肌耗氧量。结果和结论 :心血通可增加犬的冠脉血流量 ,增加心肌供血 ,使心肌缺血得到改善 ;降低心肌耗氧量 。
Objective: To study the influence of Xinxuetong capsule on myocardial hemodynamics and the oxygen consumption in experimental dogs. Methods: After Xinxuetong was administrated intraperitoneally, the amount of blood in the coronary arteries and the amount of output from heart were determined by electric magnetic flowmeter. The myocardial oxygen consumption was calculated according to the variation of oxygen amount in blood. Results: The amount of blood in the coronary arteries was increased significantly by Xinxuetong, and the pump functions of myocardiam were improved. Conclusion: Xinxuetong can reduce the oxygen consumption of myocardiam and increase the amount of blood in the coronary arteries.
