从拉伸试样原始横截面积和尺寸公差、试验结果修约、应变速率控制、测量不确定度评估、计算机控制软件控制建议及性能指标测得的判定原则等方面入手,介绍了新版室温拉伸试验方法(GB/T 228.1—2010)的显著特点,以及与旧版GB/T 228—2002的主要区别,这有利于管道相关联企业检测人员了解和掌握即将实施的新版室温拉伸试验标准内容和实际操作。
In this article, it introduced the main characteristics of new edition GB/T 228.1--2010 Tensile Testing Method at Room Temperature, and the differences of GB/F 228.1-2010 and GB/T228-2002 from several aspects, such as the original transversal area and dimensional tolerance of tensile specimen, correction and revision of test results, strain rate control, inspection uncertainty evaluation, control suggestion fur computer control software, judging principle for properties inspection and etc. This will provide testing staff that are associated with pipeline with reference value to understand and grasp new edition standard contents and practical operation.
