摘要
目的:观察针刺联合头痛宁胶囊治疗血管神经性头痛的临床疗效。方法:将80例血管神经性头痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。2组患者均给予口服头痛宁胶囊,3粒/次,3次/d。观察组同时给予针刺治疗,1次/d。2组均以治疗2周为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后观察疗效。结果:临床治愈率观察组为57.50%,对照组为42.50%,2组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);总有效率观察组为95.00%,对照组为77.50%,2组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组均未出现明显的不良反应。结论:针刺联合头痛宁胶囊治疗血管神经性头痛临床疗效显著,不良反应小。
Objective： To observe clinical effects of acupuncture and Tou Tong Ning capusle in treating vascular nerve headache. Method： All 80 patients were randomly assigned into observation group and control group on average. Patients of both groups took Tou Tong Ning capsules, three pills once, three times per day. Observation group were given with acupuncture, once per day. One session was two weeks for both groups, clinical effects were observed after two sessions. Result： Cure rate of observation group was 57.50%, higher than 42.50% of control group with statistical meaning （P〈0.05）; total effective rate of observation group was 95.00%, superior to 77.50% of control group with sta- tistical meaning （P〈0.05）. No obvious adverse reaction occurred in both groups. Conclusion： Acupuncture and Tou Tong Ning capsule showed remarkable clinical effects in the treatment for vascular nerve headache without severe ad- verse reaction.
