摘要
目的:观察复方利多卡因乳膏减轻静脉留置针穿刺疼痛的临床效果。方法:100例内科住院患者被随机分为两组,每组50例。对照组采用常规方法直接穿刺,留置静脉套管针;无痛组在对照组的基础上采用复方利多卡因乳膏麻醉后穿刺。采用视觉模拟评分(VAS评分)评价穿刺时疼痛状况,记录穿刺前后收缩压(SBP)、心率(HR)变化。结果:与穿刺前比较,对照组穿刺后SBP、HR显著增高,差异有统计学意义(t=3.09或t=3.16,P<0.01),而无痛组穿刺后SBP、HR差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组比较,无痛组穿刺时VAS评分显著降低(t=26.01,P<0.01),穿刺后SBP、HR亦显著降低,差异有统计学意义(t=2.18或t=2.17,P<0.05)。结论:采用复方利多卡因乳膏可明显减轻患者穿刺时的疼痛,提高患者舒适性。
Objective To investigate the effect of compound lidocaine cream decreasing pain inducing by punctures in patients using vein trocar.Methods 100 patients using vein trocar were randomly divided into experiment group and control group,50 cases in each group.Traditional ways were used in control group,and compound lidocaine cream was used in experiment group.Vision analogue score（VAS）,blood pressure（SBP） and heart ratio（HR） during punctures were observed.Results Compared with that before punctures,SBP and HR after punctures in control group increased significantly（t=3.09 or 3.16,P 〈 0.01）.Compared with that in control group,VAS,SBP and HR in experiment group decreased markedly（t=-26.01,2.17 and 2.18,P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01）.Conclusion Compound lidocaine cream can decrease pain inducing by punctures,and increase tiding comfort in patients using vein trocar.
