摘要
超声内镜已成为影像 诊断的主要方法,同时其在治疗上的应用也正在发展,超声小探头,管腔内超声技术已经在临床上应用,胃肠道癌分期已经成为超声内镜主要指征,此外慢性胰腺炎,门脉高压,炎症性肠病也正在用超声内镜来进行评价。
Endosonography is primarily a
diagnostic imaging modaliry, but new thera-peutic applications are being developed. Miniprobe technology(ultrasound catheter probes, intraductal endoscopic ultrasonogra-phy) has Iead to new clinical applications. The staging of gastrointestinal cancers rennains the major acccpted indication for endosonography. Other conditions, such as chronic pancreatitis, portal hypertension, and inflammatory bowel diseascs, are also being evaluated with en-dosonographic imaging.
