摘要
目的 探讨血清CA12 5半衰期在卵巢上皮性癌中的预后价值。方法 回顾性分析 30例卵巢上皮性癌患者在化疗过程中血清CA12 5半衰期值 (t1/ 2 )与生存时间的关系。结果 血清CA12 5半衰期值 (t1/ 2 )≤ 2 0天组的中位生存时间为 36个月 ,t1/ 2 >2 0天组的中位生存时间为 10个月 ,两者存活率存在极显著差异 (P =0 0 0 0 1) ,经过 2年以上随访 ,t1/ 2 ≤ 2 0天组中完全缓解率为 84 2 %。t1/ 2 >2 0天组中完全缓解率为 2 7 3 % ,两者存在极显著差异 (P =0 0 0 1)。多因素生存分析表明 :CA12 5半衰期和细胞分级、残余瘤灶大小均是独立的预后因素。结论 CA12 5半衰期可作为一反映化疗敏感性的临床指标 ,有较好的早期预测疗效价值 。
Objective\ To discuss the prognostic value of half-life of serum CA 125 in patients with epithetial ovarian carcinoma.Methods\ 30 cases of epithehial ovarian carcinoma were studied to analyze the relationship between their survival time and the value of the half-lives of serum CA 125 during initial chemotherapy.Results\ Patients with half-life less than or equal to 20 days(Group1) had a survival median time of 36 months.Those with half-life longer than 20 days(Group2) had a survival median time of 10 months.The difference was statistically significant(P=0 0001).The chance of achieving a complete remission was 84 2% in Group 1 and 27 3% in Group 2,the difference was statistically significant(P=0 001).Analysis of prognostic multi-factors showed:like the grade of tumor cell and the size of residual tumor mass,the half-life of CA 125 was an independent prognostic factor.Conclusions\ The half-life of serum CA 125 is a useful clinical indicator of sensitivity to chemotherapy and an independent prognostic factor which can partially predict the treatment outcome in early phase.
