摘要
目的:通过护理查房来提高护士专业素质,体现护士专业价值。方法:科室组织全科护士进行护理查房。结果:提高了护士的专业素质,对低年资护士提高较为显著,激发了护士的学习热情。结论:定期组织全科护理查房是提高护士专业素质较为有效的方法。
Objective： Through the nursing rounds to improve the nurse＇ s professional quality, reflect the value of nursing. Method： Departments organized all nurses to take regularly nursing rounds. Result： The professional quality of nurses especially the low seniority nurse was improved significantly. Conclusion： Organizing nurses to take the nursing rounds is an effective way to improve nurses＇ professionai quality.
