摘要
目的探讨美托洛尔治疗舒张期高血压对血糖的影响。方法选择120例舒张期高血压患者，随机分为研究组与对照组，每组各60例，研究组给予美托洛尔，对照组给予非洛地平，疗程12个月，治疗中定期检测和比较血糖、血压情况。结果两组治疗后舒张压均较治疗前降低（均P〈0．05），但两组问治疗前后舒张压差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。两组治疗1、3、6个月时空腹血糖（GLU）、餐后2h血糖（P2hPG）与治疗前无明显差异，但研究组治疗12个月后GLU、P2hPG[分别为（6．23±0．89）、（7．46±0．71）mmol／L]较治疗前[分别为（4．97±0．52）、（5．21±0．69）mmol／L]及同期对照组[（5．13±0．48）、（5．16±0．67）mmol／L]均高（均P〈0．05）。结论美托洛尔治疗舒张期高血压效果较好，长期用药（1年或以上）对血糖有一定升高作用，但未发现其他不良反应，安全性尚好。
Objective To explore the influences of metoprolol in the treatment of diastolic blood pressure on blood glucose. Methods 120 patients with diastolic blood pressure were selected and divided into the research group and the control group, each group 60 eases. The research group was given metoprolol, and the control group was given pelodipine. The treatment time was 12 months. In treatment process, blood glucose and pressure was regularly detected and compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the diastolic blood pressure of the two groups was lower than that before treatmen （ all P 〈 0.05 ） , but the difference of the diastolic blood pressure between the two groups had no statistical significance before and after treatment （ all P 〉 0.05 ）. The fasting blood glucose （ GLU ） , P2hPG（P2hPG） of the two groups in 1,3,6 months had no obvious difference with those before treatment,but after 12 months the treatment, P2hPG, GLU of the research group was （6.23 ± 0.89 ） mmol/L, （7.46 ±0.71 ） mmol/L, respectively, and was higher than those before treatment[ （4.97 ± 0.52 ）mmol/L, （5.21 ± 0.69 ）mmol/L] and those of the control group at the same period[ （5.13 ±0. 48） mmol/L, （5.16 ±0.67） retool/L（ all P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion Metoprolol in the treatment of diastolic blood pressure had good effect. Long term use of drugs（ 1 year or more） could increase blood glucose levels, but had no other clinical damage, and the safety was good.
