摘要
目的探讨复方甘草酸苷联合维A酸乳膏和糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗寻常性银屑病的临床疗效。方法 165例患者随机分为两组,试验组81例,口服复方甘草酸苷联合维A酸乳膏和糠酸莫米松乳膏外用;对照组84例,仅外用维A酸乳膏和糠酸莫米松乳膏,疗程均为4周,随访3个月。结果试验组有效率为76.54%,明显高于对照组(48.81%)(P<0.01);试验组不良反应发生率为13.58%,比对照组低(20.24%)(P<0.05);试验组治愈患者复发率为24.00%,低于对照组(36.00%)(P<0.05)。结论复方甘草酸苷联合维A酸乳膏和糠酸莫米松乳膏外用治疗寻常性银屑病疗效优于仅给予维A酸乳膏和糠酸莫米松乳膏外用,且患者不良反应和复发率明显降低。
Objective To observe clinical curative effect of compound glycyrrhizin tablets combined with 0.1% mometasone furoate cream and 0.1% tretinoin cream in treating psoriasis vulgaris. Methods One hundred and sixty five cases of psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into treatment group （81 cases） and control group （84 cases）. Patients in treatment group were treated by compound glycyrrhizin tablets combined with 0.1% mometasone furoate cream and 0.1% tretinoin cream, while the patients in control group were administered with 0.1% momestasone furoate cream and 0.1% tretinoin cream. The course of treatment was 4 weeks. The rates of effectiveness and the incidence of adverse reactions in two groups were compared. All patients were followed up for 3 months. Recurrence of the recovery patients was recorded. Results The effective rate of the treatment and control group was 76.54% and 48.81% respectively, there was significant difference between the two groups （P〈 0.01）. The treatment group had less incidence rate of adverse reactions （13.58%） than the control group （20.24%）, there was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The recurrence rate of treatment group is 24.00%, it is less than the control group （56.25%）, there was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusions Compound glycyrrhizin tablets combined with mometasone furoate cream and tretinoin cream to treat psoriasis vulgaris has more advantage than external application of mometasone furoate cream and tretinoin cream alone, which with higher effective rate and lower recurrence rate.
