摘要
针对胜利油田低渗及透稠油油藏注水井注入压力高的问题,以增溶油量及界面张力为指标通过一系列降压增注室内实验研究,筛选出了效果较好的Jm-4和Jm一7两种表面活性剂。实验表明:两种表面活性剂分别在浓度500mg/L与1000mg/L左右时增溶油量能达到34%-40%;在较低浓度(1000mg/L左右)时能够将油水界面张力降低至10^3的数量级,活性剂溶液降压洗油效果明显,但渗透率不同降低幅度仍有差距,对于低渗透油藏降压增注效果更为显著,降压幅度为22%。26%,提高洗油效率16%~20%。现场先导试验表明,活性水具有很好的降压增油效果,应用前景广阔。
Aimed at the problem of high injection pressure for low permeability and heavy oll reservoirs, the experiments of surfactant system for depressurization and augmented injection were developed in the laboratory.Through the experiment we select two kinds of surfactant Jm-4 and Jm-7. The experimental results are as follows: The solubilization capability of oil being up to 34 %-40 %. The Both surfactant solutions can make the oil-water interfacial tension to be reduced to a very low level of magnitude 10-3. And flooding experiments results show that the injected 5PV surfaetant solutions could reduce by 22 % to 26 % of the dis- placement pressure between and improve the efficiency of the wash oil by 16 %-20 %. On- site pilot test shows that the surfactant solution can increase oil production and reduce in- jection pressure.
