摘要
目的分析各类妇科急腹症超声声像图特点,探讨超声在妇科急腹症中的诊断价值,以提高其诊断正确率,为患者及时正确诊治提供依据。方法选择2009年8月至2011年8月于我所妇科急腹症手术患者60例,所有患者术前均行经腹部超声或经阴道超声检查,术后均行病理学检查。结果:其中异位妊娠29例、不全流产18例、黄体囊肿破裂7例、卵巢囊肿蒂扭转3例、子宫内膜异位症3例。妇科急腹症超声诊断正确57例,诊断符合率达95%。结论超声检查妇科急腹症的准确率较高,对妇科急腹症的有关病因诊断有重要作用,是妇科急腹症首选的检查方法。
The accuracy rate of Ultrasonography of gynecological acute abdomen is fairly high, this diagnosis plays an important role in diagnosing the cause of the acute abdomen, which makes it the preferred screening method of acute abdomen.
