摘要
社区管理与服务专业是适应我国社区建设的需要而建立的前沿性专业,但很多高校在培养社区管理与服务专业人才中存在办学定位与社会需求脱节、关门办学现象严重,重视理论教学、轻视或忽视实践教学等问题。应用型社区管理与服务专业人才培养模式的改革对策:通过应用型人才培养的正确定位,构建开放的办学体系,重视实践教学体系,以此培养学生的社会实践能力和创新能力,达到培养应用型人才的目的。
Community management and service was set as one of the front subjects to adapt to the community construction,however,in the process of community management and service professional talents training,many colleges and universities have the common problems as follows： school-running orientation divorced from the needs of society,the phenomenon of school-running closed is serious,too much emphasis on theory teaching,underestimating or ignoring practice teaching,etc.This article proposes to construct an open school system and teaching system valuing practice with accurate school orientation for training applied talents,aiming to improve students’ abilities of social practice and innovation.
