摘要
目的探讨小儿尿道下裂成形术的护理经验,预防并发症的发生,确保手术成功。方法针对小儿特点制定完整的护理方案及护理措施,总结35例尿道下裂成形术护理体会。结果 25例一期痊愈,6例发生尿瘘,2例延期愈合,8例行二期手术,7例出现尿道狭窄。结论充分的术前准备、高质量的护理、正确的排尿指导和出院指导是手术治疗成功的重要因素。
Objective To evaluate the nrusing experience of hypospadias. Methods 35 cases of hypospadias in perioperaive nursing measures were analyzed retrospectively. Results 25 cases are discharged without complications,the other 10 cases had different complications. Conclusion Careful perioperative nursing is very important to improve success rate.
