摘要
本文通过审视高校大学生勤工俭学的劳动法适用问题,认为高校大学生勤工俭学符合劳动法的相关规定,适用劳动法保护弱者的立法原则,有利于构建和谐的劳动关系。作为成年人,大学生通过劳动积累劳动经验,自力更生,更需要得到劳动法的保护。
The author surveyed the application of labor law for the university students work - study program and thought universities students work - study program complies with relative regulations of labor law and the legislative principle of labor law protecting the weak, which is favorable for building harmonious labor relation. As an adult, universities students accumulate experience through labor and rely on themselves. They need more protection from labor law than ever.
