摘要
目的:总结化瘀法治疗面部皮肤病经验。方法:以医案形式,融理、法、方、药为一体进行阐述。结果:自拟理气化瘀清肺汤治疗证属气滞血瘀之痤疮,自拟化瘀祛痰消疹汤治疗证属痰瘀互结之酒皶鼻,自拟健脾理气化瘀汤治疗证属脾虚湿蕴、气滞血瘀之黄褐斑,自拟理气化瘀散结汤治疗证属肝郁血瘀之扁平疣,均获满意疗效。结论:以化瘀法为主,随证加减治疗面部皮肤病疗效肯定。
Objective：To summarize treatment experience of resolving stasis method for facial skin disease. Methods： Discuss principles,methods,formulas and medicine based on medical records. Results：Modified decoction of regulating qi to dissipate blood stasis and clearing lung can be used to treat ache belong to qi-stagnancy and blood stasis; Modified decoction of dissipating blood stasis eliminating phlegm and clearing anthema can be used to treat rosacea belong to phlegm Stasis bind;Modified decoction of invigorating the spleen regulating vital energy and resolving stasis can be used to treat chloasma belong to qi-stagnancy and blood stasis; Modified decoction of regulating vital energy resolving stasis and eliminating stagnation can be used to treat flat wart belong to stagnation of liver-QI and blood stasis,those methods and decoction show a better therapeutic effect. Conclusions：Resolving stasis method and change according to the different syndromes shows a better therapeutic effect for facial skin disease.
