经阴道分娩的产妇产后出血的原因及护理 被引量：27

摘要 目的探讨经阴道分娩产妇产后出血的原因及预防措施。方法回顾性分析2010年8月至2011年7月在南京市妇幼保健院产科经阴道分娩产后出血产妇105例的临床资料,分析其产后出血的原因并总结其护理措施。结果本组产妇产后出血的原因为:子宫收缩乏力80例(76.19%),软产道裂伤13例(12.38%),胎盘因素11例(10.48%),凝血功能障碍1例(0.95%)。105例产妇经急救治疗与精心护理后均痊愈出院。结论加强产妇产前、产时、产后的健康教育及护理,正确处理各产程,对预防产妇产后出血有重要意义。
