闭合复位交锁髓内钉固定治疗胫骨干骨折30例的报告 被引量：4

摘要 目的:探讨闭合复位交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨干骨折的疗效。方法:自2004年1月至2012年1月期间,我院采用闭合复位交锁髓内钉内固定治疗胫骨干骨折30例。结果:30例患者均达到骨性愈合,无功能障碍。结论:闭合复位交锁髓内钉内固定治疗胫骨干骨折,手术操作简单、手术时间短、创伤小、固定可靠,术后能早期活动功能锻炼,能避免骨折端切开而发生感染、骨外露等并发病,是治疗胫骨干骨折的有效方法之一。
