摘要
云南某矽卡岩型白钨矿WO3品位0.43%,含硫0.26%,含磷0.2%。试验采用预先脱硫脱碳—常温浮选白钨矿的工艺流程,用Na2CO3作调整剂,Na2SiO3作抑制剂,731与油酸组合用药,在磨矿细度为-0.074mm 65%时,取得白钨精矿品位67.82%、回收率88.87%的较好试验指标。
A tungsten ore in Yunnan is skarns scheelite,the raw ore contains 0.43% WO3,0.26% S and 0.2% P.The flotation desulfurization and decarburization was conducted in advance,then the flotation of scheelite was carried out at room temperature.In the flotation,Na2CO3 and Na2SiO3 were taken as regulator and gangue depressant,respectively.731 and oleic acid were used as combination collectors.Under the condition of grinding fineness-0.074 mm 65%,a scheelite concentrate with a grade of 67.82% was obtained with the recovery of 88.87%.
