摘要
国家级轮机工程技术专业教学资源库建设应以提升轮机工程技术专业人才培养质量为目标,针对用户需求,注重顶层设计、制度监督和校校(企)合作,依托先进网络技术,构筑开放型的教学资源环境,最大限度地满足教师教学以及学生和在职人员自主学习的需要,全面提升其社会服务功能。
The construction of national teaching resources database of marine engineering technology specialty should take improving talent cultivation quality as the objective, aim at the user demand, pay attention to top-level design, system supervision and school-school and school-enterprise cooperation, reply on advanced network techniques to construct open teaching resources environment so as to furthest satisfy the teachers＇ demand for teaching and self-learning of working staff and comprehensively improve its social service function.
