摘要
近年来北京城区防汛工作形式越发严峻，作为首都，北京的排水设施远未达到首善一流的水准。北京排水集团作为城区市属排水设施的运营单位，承担着城区防汛保障相关职责，重点针对自2010年以来城区防汛布控模式进行探讨，分析优缺点，为更好地完善相关布控方案提供参考。
In recent years, the working situation of flood control becomes more and more serious in Beijing, as the capital of China, the drainage facilities would be far below the pre-eminent first-class standard. The Beijing Drainage Group, as the operation unit of the municipal drainage facilities, which is responsible for flood control security, this paper focuses on the discussion of urban flood control dispatched model since 2010, analyzing the advantages and disadvantages, in order to provide a better reference for dispatched flood control plan.
