摘要
压力管道安全的核心技术是完整性管理。针对我国压力管道完整性管理尚待完善的现状,以压力管道为研究对象,参照国内外法规标准体系,梳理了中国在压力管道安全完整性技术方面的法规与标准,提出了应建立或完善的压力管道安全完整性技术法规与标准体系,分析了目前存在的主要问题,并提出建立法规与标准体系需要开展的研究工作以及标准的应用推广模式,为下一步开展相关研究提供方向性指导。
The core technology of the pressure pipeline safety is integrity management.In view of the status of China′s pressure pipeline integrity management which is yet to be perfect.With pressure pipeline as the research object,by reference to domestic and international regulations and standards system,we have combed the Chinese technical regulations and standards system of pressure pipeline safety integrity.And put forward that we should establish and improve the technical regulations and standards system of pressure pipeline safety integrity.Meanwhile,we have analyzed the main problems,and proposed the need for carrying out research work,as well as the standard application promotion mode,if we want to establish the regulations and standards system.Certainly,it provides directional guidance for the next step to carry out the related research.
