摘要
针对一体化壳体电容式电子测压器实验前要随弹保温48~72h以及电池容量有限的矛盾,从以MSP430单片机为核心控件、高效的电源管理和合理可靠的时钟频率分配三个方面对一体化壳体电容式电子测压器进行低功耗设计。通过实验,测压器最大工作电流小于18mA,休眠态电流仅为0.02mA,工作状态基本满足火炮内弹道试验方法的要求,验证了该电子测压器低功耗设计的有效性。
For the contradiction between limited battery capacity and the need of keeping a certain temperature of ammunition and integrated shell capacitive piezo gauge as long as 72 hours before experiment, low power dissipation design of integration shell capacitive electronic piezo gauge was implemented by selecting MSP430 as the core controller, efficient power management and reasonable and reliable clock frequency allocation. From the experiments, the parameters have been got as the maximum operating current of electronic piezo gauge is less than 18 mA and dormancy is merely 0.02 mA, its working status and power can meet the needs of on interior ballistic test method of gun, and verify validity of the design.
