摘要
目的:观察伤科热奄包外敷治疗下肢胫腓骨骨折术后肿胀的临床疗效。方法:筛选本院2010年9月—2011年10月住院的,年龄在18～60岁的下肢胫腓骨骨折患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。各组均采用休息、制动,石膏托外固定,抬高患肢等基本治疗。治疗组在基本治疗的基础上,采用本科自制的伤科热奄包治疗,对照组仅采用基本治疗方案。每例病例均单独观察评分,疗程为1周。结果:与对照组相比,治疗组临床症状明显改善,肿胀评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。显效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05),表明伤科热奄包外敷较传统治疗方法能更有效的减轻下肢胫腓骨骨折术后患肢的肿胀。结论:伤科热奄包外敷较传统治疗方法能更有效的减轻下肢胫腓骨骨折术后患肢的肿胀,对后期骨折的愈合具有显著的促进作用,并为其他治疗手段的早期介入起到积极的促进作用,是一种简便、有效的治疗下肢胫腓骨骨折术后肿胀的疗法,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。
Objective：Observe the effects of heat wrap of traumatology treatment for postoperative swelling of the tibia and fibula fracture.Methods：Screening in our hospital from September 2010 to October 2011 period in hospital,60 patients aged 18 to 60 years with lower limb fractures in the tibia and fibula,were randomly divided into treatment and control groups.Each group are used the basic treatment to rest,braking,immobilization of plaster,elevate the limb.Treatment group in the basic treatment,based on the use of our department made package suddenly hot traumatology.Cases were observed for each individual score,treatment for 1 weeks.Results：Compared with the control group,treatment group significantly improved clinical symptoms,swelling of the score difference was the significant of statistically（P〈0.05）.Markedly effective than the control group（P〈0.05）,shows that external application of traumatology than traditional heat suddenly package more effective treatment methods to reduce the lower extremity limb swelling after fracture of the tibia and fibula.Conclusion：Heat wrap of Traumatology suddenly more traditional topical treatment package can be more effective to reduce lower extremity limb swelling after fracture of tibia and fibula,the healing of postfracture has a significant role in promoting,and other treatment of early intervention play a positive role in promoting,is a simple,effective treatment for lower limb swelling after the treatment of tibia and fibula fractures,clinical application has a certain value.
