摘要
目的:观察治前丸2号治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法:将80例慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各40例。治疗组予治前丸2号口服,对照组口服普乐安片,两组均治疗4周后作出疗效评价。结果:总有效率治疗组为87.5%,对照组为55.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组;肾气亏虚证候积分;NIH-CPSI积分、前列腺液MIP-2含量、外周血Th1/Th2比率等指标组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组均优于对照组。结论:治前丸2号治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎具有良好疗效。
Objective： To observe the No.2 of QianLie pill on the chronic bacterial prostatitis clinical curative effect. Methods： 80 cases of chronic bacterial prostatitis patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group every 40 cases. The treatment group to cure No.2 pills before oral, and the control group of oral conprosta, both groups 4 weeks for a period of treatment, a period of treatment to make after effect assessment. Results： the total effective rate was 87.5% in treatment group and 55.0% in control group （difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, the treatment group than in control group; Kidney deficiency symptoms integral; NIH-CPSI integral, the prostate gland liquid MIP-2 content, Th1/ Th2 peripheral blood ratio index comparison between groups, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, the treatment group were better than those in the control group. Conclusion： before No.2 pills for treatment of chronic bacterial prostatitis not good curative effect.
