文章认为策略控制管理平台能够提供可用的策略和计费控制策略、实现业务数据流检测、门限控制、QoS控制等功能。作为智能管道核心的策略控制管理平台,可以帮助运营商对通信网络的资源实现合理充分的调度,从而提高效率,获得更多的利润。
A policy control platform in a smart pipe has many functions, including controlling policy and charging, detecting service data flow, controlling gates, controlling QoS. At the core of a smart pipe, the policy control platform helps an operator reasonably schedule network resources, improve efficiency, and increase profit.
