摘要
目的:探讨天麻钩藤饮治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:将96例患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用天麻钩藤饮治疗,对照组采用中成药血脂康治疗,治疗观察期间停用其他降血脂药物。疗程30 d。治疗前后采用酶法各测量1次空腹血脂,将结果进行对照分析。结果:对照组显效29例(60.41%),有效14例(29.17%),无效5例(10.42%),有效率为89.58%;治疗组显效35例(72.91%),有效12例(25.00%),无效1例(2.09%),有效率为97.91%。治疗组疗效优于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者治疗前后血脂变化经统计学处理,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组治疗后血脂变化比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:天麻钩藤饮治疗高脂血症与血脂康胶囊疗效相当。
Objective：To explore the curative effects and mechanism of ancient prescription Tianma Gouteng Decoction in treating hyperlipidemia. Methods：96 cases were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated by Tianma Gouteng Decoction, while the control group was treated by Xuezhikang Capsule, and all other hypolipidemic medicines were stopped to take during therapeutic observation. The course of treatment was 30d. Enzymatic method was applied to detect fasting lipid profile before and after treatment, and then the results were conducted a contrast analysis. Results：In the control group ,29 cases achieved excellent effects（60.41% ） ;14 were effective（29.17% ） ;3 were ineffective（ 10.42% ） and the overall effective rate was 93.71% ;in the treatment group,35 cases achieved excellent effects （ 72.91% ） ; 2 were effective （ 25.00% ） ; 1 was ineffective （ 2.09% ）, and the overall effective rate was 97.91%. The treatment group was superior to the control group, and their difference had no statistical significance（ P 〉 0.05 ） ;difference of patients＇ blood fat change before and after treatment in two groups both had statistical significance by statistical analysis（ P 〈 0.05 ） and difference of comparison among groups had no statistical significance （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Tianma Gouteng Decoction has great curative effects in the treatment of hyperlipidemia.
