摘要
目的:探讨柴浩然老师所讲《素问·灵兰秘典论》课程中关于十二官的功能、十二官相互关系以及心脏的领导作用。方法:整理柴浩然1960年代《素问·灵兰秘典论》课程讲稿。结果:柴浩然认为本节经文以取类比象的方法,来阐明内脏十二官的功能和心的领导作用。结论:依《素问·灵兰秘典论》所论,心的功能正常,脏腑在心的领导下各守其职、相互协调,如此则脏腑行健、气血通畅、人体阴阳平衡,从而健康长寿。心的功能不正常,则下属各脏腑就不能各司其职,因而影响正常的生理功能活动,而产生病理的现象。
Objective：To investigate the functions, mutual relations of the 12-viscera and the role of the heart as a leader in the course of Suwen · Linglan Midian Lun explained by teacher Chai Haoran. Methods： The lecture notes of Suwen ·Linglan Midian Lun of Chai Haoran in the 1960s were collected. Resuhs：Chai Haoran regarded that the words in this ehaper elucidated the functions of the 12-viscera and the the role of the heart as a leader by using the methods of analogy. Conclusion：According to Suwen · Linglan Midian Lun, if the function of the heart is normal ,the organs can keep their jobs under the leadership of the heart and coordinate mutually ,so that the normal functions of the organs, the unobstructed flow of qi and blood and the balance between yin and yang are ensured in order to achieve the purpose of health and longevity. If the heart does not function properly, the subordinate organs can not perform their duties, thus affecting the normal physiological functional activities and resulting in pathological phenomena.
