摘要
用医蛭吸血处理大白鼠下腹部瘀血岛状皮瓣,结果表明:吸血组皮瓣总存活率为93.9%,对照组仅为14.3%,小切口放血加肝素生理盐水冲洗组为25%。证明效果明显,有临床应用参考价值。
Isolated congested flaps in lower abdomen of rats were treated by application a methodof sucking blood with medical leeches. The results were shown that survival rate of suckingblood group was 93.9%, non-sucking blood group was only 14.3% and small incision bleedinggroup in which incision was rinsed by Heparin-physiological saline was 25%. It has provedthat this method have a very good effect on relieving blood stasis of tissue. We think thatthis method can be put to use clinicaly.
