应用前臂静脉网动脉化游离或半游离皮瓣修复四肢创面8例,7例完全成活,1例大部分成活,对皮瓣的血循环途径,优缺点和适应证等进行了讨论。
An arteriolized venous network forearm skin flap is made by taking two neighbouringsuperficial veins as the axis, anastomosing one vein with the artery in the recipient sitefor blood supply and the other vein witli the vein in the recipient site for drainage. Eightcases with wounds on limbs were repaired with such methods, and all of them attainedsuccess.
