摘要
食品安全关系国计民生,涉及千家万户。天津市各级政府极为重视食品安全工作,食品安全工作总体态势向好。但由于少数食品生产经营者急功近利,食品安全风险依然存在。本文以天津市325名消费者为调查对象,采用社会学的理论与方法,考察他们在食品安全方面的意识与行为,以期从风险社会理论与风险控制理论方面,提出解决食品安全问题的对策与建议。
Food safety is closely related with numerous households, but some enterprises are blindly seeking to profit, and the risk of food safety remains. Taking 325 consumers from Tianjin city as samples, their sense and behavior of food safety were analyzed from the view of sociological theory and method. In the end, the paper put forward the suggestion in respects of risk society and risk control.
