摘要
通过针对已建成开放、在建或筹建等不同阶段的浙江各级科技馆建设的现状,与广东省相应的科技馆建设加以横向比较,从区域分布、建设规模、地级市不设馆等诸方面,剖析我省科技馆建设存在的问题;通过科技馆管理体制方面大陆与台湾的比对、人力资源方面浙江省馆与日本未来馆的比对,探讨我省科技馆在管理方面存在的差距;通过阐述世界科技博物馆的现状与发展趋势,借鉴国外的先进理念与成功经验,并针对"浙江省科普事业发展'十二五'规划"中相关科技馆建设的目标任务,提出实施与落实的对策建议。
This report compared Zhejiang Science and Technology Museum with other Science and Technology museums including those are already built or under construction at all levels in Zhejiang province, and similar museums in Guangdong Province. It analyzed the problems existing in the construction of science and technology museums in our province based on the regional distribution, the scale of development and the locally restriction policy of construction. Furthermore, This report discussed the our current lack and shortage on management system by comparing ourselves with Taiwan Science and Technology museums, especially on Human Resource Management by comparing ourselves with Japan Miraikan. This report also introduced the success experience and advanced concepts we learned from other developed museums all over the world. In the end, it indicated the solutions we are going to implement in the future in order to compliance with ＂Twelfth Five-Year Plan＂ of the development of science popularization of Zhejiang Province.
