摘要
本文报告了我院1978年7月至1986年3月共收治CD-4烧伤患者11例,合并急性中毒者5例,经救治全部治愈。作者对中毒的机理、分类、解救,内脏并发症及烧伤创面的处理等进行了分析和讨论。
Eleven patients burned, with CD-4-a colon darlopel were cured in our hoapital from July 1978 to March 1986. Five of them were combined with acute poisoning. CD-4 is a poisonous, corrosive and irritant compound of ammonic benzene. It can be absorbed through skin. Five cases of CD-4 poisoning were treated with methylene blue and sodium thiosulfate According to the degree of poisoning. Combination of Chinese traditional medicine and western medicine to protect the functions of liver, kidney and blood reproduction. The wounds were debrided in the early stage. Ⅲ° eschar was cut off completely and skin graft was taken to prevent further poisoning.
