摘要
针对PWM整流输出型风力异步发电机,提出了一种效率最优控制方法,以减小发电机的铁损耗和铜损耗,提高发电机的效率。该控制方法通过V/F控制器实现。本文阐述了效率最优控制的基本原理,给出了最优磁通的计算步骤。理论推导表明,结合最大风能追踪控制时,最优磁通的给定与电机转速近似呈线性关系,这使得风力异步发电机的效率最优控制方法容易工程实现。本文通过仿真与实验,验证了提出方案的正确性和可行性。对于风电系统异步发电机长期轻载运行的场合,该方法具有明显提升发电总量的效果。
In this paper,a simple V/F control strategy was presented and discussed for a PWM rectifier output wind power induction generator(IG).The optimal efficiency control(OEC) was proposed for this system to minimize copper and iron losses which was achieved by the V/F controller.This paper illustrated the principle of the OEC and finally gave the formulas of calculation for optimal flux.The results,in theory,indicate an approximately linear relationship between the optimal flux and the generator’s rotation speed when the Maximum Power Point Tracking(MPPT) control is implemented,which means that it will be quite easy to realize the OEC in practical engineering applications.Simulations and experiments of a squirrel-cage IG have been implemented in order to validate the proposed control strategy.For the IG of wind power systems which always work on light-load condition for a long period,this method greatly improves total quantity of the generated energy.
