摘要
上海城乡一体化发展下的新农村建设,除了加快农业现代化发展、改善农村公共管理与服务之外,农业人口自身的发展问题同样值得重视。明确了城乡一体化背景下上海"三农"地位的再认识,展望了农业人口发展方向与具体发展目标:郊区农业人口的终极目标、农业劳动力数量、来源、职业化、结构。针对上海市农村实际,在重视农业剩余劳动力转移的同时,必须进一步发挥农业科技对提升农业产业水平、转变发展方式的引领能力,实现生产者素质的稳步提高,培养一支有文化、懂技术、会经营的新型农民队伍。

Shanghai Rural actual attention to agriculture surplus labor transfer at the same time, we must give further play to the agricultural science and technology to enhance the level of agricul^tral industrialization, changing patterns of development ability to lead and improve the quality of producers, cultivating an educated and skilled, will ooerate new type of farmer teams.
